Doreen found out about a farmer's market in downtown Helena so we drove down there this morning. to check it out. It is held on Saturday mornings in the midst of a park area on two blocks of Fuller Avenue.

Like most Farmer's Markets, dogs brought their masters there and were having a great time. Liberty did not attend! We finished up our shopping, stopped by the post office to drop off a couple post cards for our deployed daughter Jennifer, and then headed to the grocery store to pick up a few things before we depart tomorrow.
Truck fueled up, we drove back to Fort Harrison and started making preparations to leave tomorrow. As we drove in the main gate, a couple of Doreem's friends waved at us. We could not stop for pictures, but here is a picture of a pair of them from last night as we walked the dog just a block away from our RV.
I love a good farmers market. I bet those tortillas are amazing. We like to show the boys the ingredient labels as all natural! Can't pronounce the store bought stuff!
ReplyDeleteGlad you were able to change things up and do the local farmers market!!
